The CENTER may not be your point of balance.

For you are unique in how you choose to express yourself. You express yourself by how you choose to use time … as you connect with your friends, work, play with family and explore your spiritual nature.

You know when you’re living your unique point of “life balance”… when you feel at peace with your choices and feel fully present in the moment. That is, you’re not stressing out about the next task on your list or how you’re going to get it all done or … worrying about picking your son or daughter up from soccer practice … all while “working” on something else.

The quality of your life is all about how you choose to use this present moment. So … stop beating yourself up for what you haven’t checked off of your “To Do” list. You will always, always have things to do, desires to explore and things to create. That struggle does not serve you.

You are always creating, so there will always be a gap between what you have today and what you want to be or do next. Welcome to the adventure called being HUMAN! The trick to living a joyful and fulfilling life is to choose to be okay with that gap and enjoy where you are now.

Peace and a sense of balance come when you no longer struggle with what’s not and you appreciate what is. Get over trying to be in two places at the same time and not getting enough done. Appreciate where you are now and look for the opportunities to enjoy what you are experiencing today. Feel and appreciate the amazing experiences that are now yours!
