The evolution of the soul is a fascinating subject, don’t you think?

There are many aspects of our reality that we can’t fully understand from a human, material perspective. And so we make assumptions about what the soul wants. We ask-what is my higher purpose? The truth is your purpose is self-created. You create your life, and that can be uncomfortable for many. For we think we want the comfort and security of a predetermined path. We think we want to know the end result of every effort and every decision, before stepping forward.

But believe me when I tell you, that is not what you truly want, anymore than you want to know the finale of a long-awaited movie before experiencing the build up and climax of the story. It is the thrill of the unfolding that makes life so sweet. Uncertainty is the spice of life, not something to fear!

The journey is only uncomfortable when we try to control every aspect of the journey. And when we try to do this, we end up feeling frustrated. The desire to predetermine every twist and turn, only closes you off from the vitalizing flow of creativity and connectedness…which allows you to align with something far better than you can imagine now!

Uneasiness is only an indicator that you’re shedding old skin. For your body sheds trillions of dead cells per week, just as you shed old perspectives every time you refine your preferences with a new goal. And you are always evolving, refining  and resting to integrate what life experience has caused you to become.

So set your intentions for the week ahead, and envision the vivid details of your desired outcome. Then be open to receive. Enjoy the anticipation and suspense of how it’ll come together for you. Allow the universe to assist you!

Live your life. There’s no waiting involved, just live the dream!
