How different would your life be if you chose to see challenges as opportunities to grow by rather than frustrations or what you’re doing wrong?

I invite you to step out of self-criticism and reactions to challenges that do not serve you. Instead, choose to see the value in the experience. In this way, you are able to move forward with gratitude for the wisdom gained, rather than getting stuck in a dis-empowering habit.

Have you noticed that life presents each of us with challenges that tend to repeat themselves until we learn the lessons it brings. For some, the opportunity may be to learn the value of ease instead of struggle, for another it may be to shed beliefs about scarcity and fulfilling work, so she can learn to connect profits with purpose.

What if the experiences we label as difficult are actually the means by which we grow spiritually?

Then each challenge brings the opportunity to shed what once limited our potential, so we may experience more joy and prosperity.

What challenging patterns have you noticed in your life and business?
