The Real Prize

WORD COUNT: 259 Short … Yet Abundant Words
TIME to KNOW MORE JOY : * 1 MINUTE *
Value driven goals give you the needed fuel to continue forward when faced with unexpected detours. Yet the goal is not the prize.
Your desired outcomes are merely forms of compensation for the energy shared. So whether you envision more ideal customers, money or the satisfaction of knowing that you’ve made a difference, it’s all good. Yet the payment is not the prize.
In sales and marketing, as in every area of life and business, the real prize is THE JOURNEY.
In the end, you don’t really need more stuff or external validation to feel more wealth, joy, love or enthusiasm.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t want more money, customers or stuff.
It simply means that you don’t want to be dependent upon possessions, or outer circumstances to feel your absolute best.
For a fulfilling life comes from the inside out, not the outside in.
All of the wonderful things that life has to offer, flow to you more freely, when you are emotionally aligned with what you desire.
So when you feel better, you naturally attract more and better stuff, because what you materialize is simply an external equivalent of how and what you’re feeling on the inside.
So do your best to love what you do, not because you expect a reward in return, but because the journey IS AS IMPORTANT as the DESTINATION.
Do what you love and you will receive the reward of a life well-lived, and more profits with purpose than you can possibly imagine.
Your friend and partner in joyful living,
