The Power of Appreciation
August 15th, 2008
WORD COUNT: 211 Short … Yet Thankful Words
TIME to the GROW: * Less than 1 MINUTE *
I appreciate all that I am … all that I do … and all that I have.
I have so many gifts that enrich me everyday. A beautiful home, meaningful relationships, fulfilling work, and an opportunity to make a real and lasting difference.
I direct my attention toward uplifting thoughts of appreciation.
I know that as I focus more on the positive aspects of my life and business, life’s riches will surely expand.
For energy flows where my attention goes. So I choose to embrace all that is good and going well for me know. I take time everyday to practice appreciation, and express gratitude to those whom I interact with each day – my clients, family, friends, and the corner shopkeeper.
If my mind wanders to thoughts and images of scarcity, fear of what I do not yet have, I gently shift my attention to something that feels better. And appreciation always feels better.
I trust in the unwavering laws of the universe that will give me what I think and feel into it.
I need only give what I wish to receive. So I choose to give and receive appreciation for all of the gifts that are in my life now, and are yet to appear.
Your friend and partner in gratitude,
