You intend when you choose a direction or identify something you want to experience, have or create. You intend when you envision what you want and create a target, and aspire to or decree your preferences. So when you choose or decide, you’re creating energy, a thought, that attracts that thing to you. You’re declaring goals and intentions every single day, throughout the entire day, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not. We intend as we think, daydream and imagine.
