Stop Worrying About Marketing Yourself

What would happen if you stopped worrying about how to market yourself, and simply focused on helping others?
When we shift our thoughts toward being of service, rather than being served by others, by getting something from them, (for example in the form of a sale), we unleash something truly powerful.
This monumental shift in perspective connects you to the purpose behind your desired profits. As you focus on the needs of those you want to serve, you allow yourself to fully express your unique gifts. In this way, you come to know deep satisfaction from the work you do. This is how you add real and lasting value. This is how you create a living legacy.
To be of service, to feel as if you make a difference, is at the very core of basic human desire. When you acknowledge this in your work, you remove the pressure to try and “make it happen”. Instead you allow opportunities to find you. Invite these desired experiences into your life, by asking your Spirit, or Higher Self to help you. Ask for help, so you may be of service to others. In return, you’ll be compensated financially, and you’ll feed your Spirit as well.
This doesn’t mean don’t advertise, or network, or do things that help your ideal customers find you. It means that when you come from a perspective of being of service, the flavor of your offering forever changes, because you emanate love and appreciation, rather than desperation.
So everything you do from this vantage point, is aligned with a higher state of consciousness, it is aligned with who you really are, and so you will also attract more of those you truly want to serve.
So from this state of being, everything works better, and feels easier, because it is. You’re not struggling to “sell” your services, because you’re not pushing against something that doesn’t feel good to you. Yes you’re still offering a message, but it comes from a more empowering place, one of genuine caring.
When we focus on others in this way, something magical happens. We forget our own fears, because the need to be of service becomes far more important than our temporary discomfort.
No amount of money, or hard-sell tactics could possibly outshine a genuine intention of being of service to others.
