Here are a few Universal Principles from the masters of science and spirit to prepare you for your journey as an enlightened leader.

1. IT’S THE LITTLE CHOICES we make every single day that determine the quality of our experiences in life and business.

2.  EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A THOUGHT OR AN IDEA FIRST. This launches a chain of events: our thoughts and beliefs determine our emotions, which then compel us to act (or not act),  which then determines what we attract and receive.

3. THOUGHTS ARE THE MOLD. So the same thoughts give you the same results. Different Thoughts give you … Different Results! So … when you change your thinking, you can transform your life!

4. THOUGHTS ARE MORE THAN THINGS … they are the cause of things!

Think of it this way, if thoughts create your reality and most of your self-talk is negative (and this where most people fall); you’re not setting yourself up for positive outcomes. And  because we tend to keep recycling the same thoughts over and over again, we set ourselves up to get the same results over and over again!

But for the really cool news. ..  Different thoughts will give you different results! Change your thinking and you change your life. Your outer reality must change into what you’re thinking into it! 

5. TO GROW BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATION OF WHAT’S POSSIBLE,  REQUIRES YOU TO STEP OUT OF HABITUAL THINKING.  You take a  giant leap forward when you become more  mindful of the little choices. That is …  how you start your day, where you focus your  attention, whether you choose to focus on a problem or a solution,  something you want… or something you don’t want, on  experiences that lift you up, or thoughts that tear you down. This is important because what you pay attention to will expand in your  experience.

(6) YOU? Are an awesome explore and a creator. As you explore, you develop preferences, and get to know what you want, and what you don’t want. You develop new dreams and goals based on your experiences. The journey creates within you a desire to grow and expand beyond where you are today…to experience what makes your heart sing. And so you think of new goals and dreams that inspire you to grow. Your reality is a direct result of your thoughts, feelings, choices and actions.

When your thoughts and actions are aligned with your dreams and goals, you feel really good.

When they’re not, you feel uncomfortable. It’s your internal guidance system’s way of telling you that you are off course, and not aligned with your goals and dreams.

(7) START BY MAKING A CHOICE TO CONSCIOUSLY CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT. Choose to consciously create yourself! If you want to create more wealth in every area of your life, you need to start thinking like a prosperous person, one who sees opportunities and abundance, rather than limitations and scarce resources. It may take time to reorient yourself, but you can do it!

(8) WE IMPROVE OUR THOUGHTS WITH PRACTICE. (Remember the world responds to what we think into it.) Just like an athlete conditions her physical body to get ready for an event, or a  student expands his mind with study and practice, we can strengthen our ability to plant positive seeds. This is how we expand our potential, and create more play, less stress, and more wealth in every area of our life.

(9) THE MOST POWERFUL DECISION YOU CAN MAKE IS TO BELIEVE IN  YOURSELF! It is possible to break free of habits and beliefs that keep you stuck, and in less time than you may think.
