It’s easy to feel overwhelmed at the beginning of a new project or goal. It’s understandable that you may wonder where to begin.
Yet taking that first step each day, no matter how small, will eventually lead to BIG results.
We don’t have to run a marathon. Walking is just as good as running, and much easier on the knees. In fact you’ll enjoy the scenery more with a comfortable pace.
Begin with the end result in mind, but then shift your focus to one step at a time. When we realize that we don’t have to climb an entire mountain in one day, we remove the pressure, and are able to thoroughly enjoy the journey.
There’s real progress in the small steps. Imagine how far you can go in just a few minutes a day. Then take that first step and you’ll make real progress.
