In this season of summer, it’s especially important to relax when at work and at play. The high intensity energies of July and August can add undue stress emotionally and physically. And when we’re stressed, our muscles tighten and we restrict the flow of life-affirming Source Energy. When this happens, we can not receive what we desire and everything feels harder, because it is! So release tension, and open yourself up to the wonder of your Higher Guidance.

Allow yourself to embody clarity, knowingness and bliss as you move forward in right action.

Today let your intention be to relax into your work, and to envision a perfect unfolding as you add value by helping yourself and others… as only you can.  Embrace your life and allow yourself to align with your unique definition of success!
