Have you noticed how we experience certain problems over and over again? They reappear until we learn and resolve these life’s challenges.
For business owners, I have found that the challenges tend to be around money, attracting ideal customers, clarifying our uniqueness, life balance and recurring themes related to “busy-ness” versus accomplishment.
Do any of these issues feel familiar to you? I’ll bet you said yes to at least one. Join the club of being human.
If we want to move beyond our life challenges, we need to first recognize that our suffering is always self created. I know this can be a difficult pill to swallow, but by embracing this truth, we can reclaim our personal power and the ability to move beyond the life challenges we all experience.
When we acknowledge responsibility for our problems, it naturally leads to the question – why would I create this?
There are many possible explanations ranging from pre-birth planning, soul growth and a desire to learn a difficult lesson and thereby be of greater service to others.
In the end, our challenges provide the means by which we awaken to our greatest opportunities for growth, and for experiencing the true richness of life, that can only be fully appreciated through contrast.
If you’re repeatedly experiencing a particular challenge, ask yourself:
- Why would I create this?
- What is the lesson behind this problem or challenge?
- Am I ready to accept the wisdom this experience offers?
- What will I now believe and do in order to move forward unhindered and forever free of this problem?
This is one way to look at your life challenges squarely in the eye so you can transcend them.
Accept all of the joy and prosperity that is around you. Reach for the best that life has to offer and you will know wisdom and your ever-expanding potential.
