Receiving Greater Abundance

You may notice that in some areas of your life, you’re able to prosper with ease. Maybe you’re really good at attracting the perfect relationships, resources or information, for example. Yet in other areas, such as consistent cash flow, well … that presents more of a challenge for many business owners, doesn’t it?
Money tends to have a lot more emotional and cultural baggage attached to it. For the majority of people in our society, didn’t grow up having candid and empowering conversations about money at the dinner table. We got the message it was something we didn’t talk about. Then to further complicate matters, we’re constantly sold to, and inundated with messages that tell us that if we buy something, we’ll be happier, more successful, or become even more beautiful or virile. Beer and wings, anyone?
Yet within all this consumerism, there’s also a belief within our social consciousness that states that there’s something mysterious, and maybe even a little tainted about receiving money. But, we’re still expected to want all this stuff, and to spend lots of money … to keep the economy going.
So it’s not a surprise that there’s a lot of debt, shame and guilt around the subject of money in the collective American consciousness. It’s perfectly logical that we’d feel confused.
So be kind to yourself if you’re trying to figure this out too.
But, let’s not stay in the no-fun scarcity confusion illusion !
Because you’re a conscious creator, you can choose to see money in a fun and empowering way! You can choose to cultivate a healthier, more liberating relationship with financial abundance.
~1~ Play! We can start by shifting our paradigms a bit. For example, can you see yourself having fun discovering how to thrive financially? Because when we take things too seriously, or avoid them, it’s just too easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety trap.
See if you can approach financial prosperity with curiosity, as yet another way to explore life, help others and play with your creative abilities.
Imagine a Monopoly Board. As you played the game, you learned about your favorite properties and discovered how to strategize, invest, and receive more. It was fun.
~2~ Decide! How do you want to feel about money? Do you want to like it, have fun with it, and feel confident managing it? Can you feel excited about watching it grow so you can build a business, travel more, play with new toys, help others, and feed the web of life?
~3~ Imagine! Once you know how you want to feel about it, you can decide what your desired experience looks like. And the images you envision will start feeding your subconscious, which helps you believe and receive with more ease and grace!
~4~ Appreciate! The more you appreciate what you already have, the more you open yourself up to receiving more wonderful things and experiences.
~5~ Right Focus! If you receive what you believe, then what’s your external environment telling you about what you’re focusing on most? Sometimes our focus, just needs a little fine-tuning. For example, are you predominately focusing on “needing” or “wanting” more money … or “having” or “receiving” more money? When you’ve been feeling a shortage for awhile, it can be easy to be focused on “needing” more, which only keeps the vibration of “not enough” active in your energy field. So, that’s why imagining, feeling, playing and appreciating are such powerful habits to cultivate, as you expand your prosperity consciousness.
If you find yourself walking down a thought path of scarcity, use an affirmation to help you shift. Here’s an example you might find helpful.
“I no longer choose to create that experience in my life. I’m done playing with the scarcity concept, and say goodbye forever to any thoughts of limitation or hardship.
I now choose to receive all of the abundance in my life now. I am now playing with greater cash flow, and see myself receiving and managing money with ease and grace. My preference is an ever-expanding, steady stream of prosperity and peace. I am having so much fun receiving all this goodness, and know that no matter how much goodness I receive today, more will come tomorrow. And for
this, I am eternally thankful! What a joy it is to create prosperity and ease! And so it is!”
