Practice, Practice, and More Practice
March 6th, 2009WORD COUNT: 161 Tiny, Yet Strengthening Words
TIME to Get Fit: Less than 1 Minute
We expand our concept of what’s possible with practice. We stretch beyond perceived limitations, and improve our ability to live more joyfully with persistent mental and spiritual exercise.
Just like an athlete conditions her physical body to get ready for an event, or a student expands his mind with study and practice, so too can we strengthen our ability to plant and harvest constructive seeds.
When we make a consistent effort to reach for empowering thoughts, we align with our greatest goals and dreams.
When we practice appreciating what we already have, we immediately feel better, and increase our capacity to give and receive more.
When we align our thoughts and actions with our inner truth, we release all fears and illusions of being bound by limitations. With practice, we experience more of the goodness that’s all around us.
When we practice constructive thinking, we are flowing with the river of life, instead of swimming against the current.
Care to sail, anyone?
