We l.o.v.e. the gifts of the analytical mind, and the advantages are certainly helpful. There’s no doubt about that.

Yet we often rely too heavily on the analytical aspects of the mind, as we try to understand our experiences. And the more we analyze, the more confused we can get. Like every gift, our analytical abilities, can be a double-edged sword. They can help us, or hurt us.

You know when you’re being overly analytical; that’s when you feel confused. And if you try to solve the problem of confusion with the same thing that created it, you only add more confusion.

So what to do?

This is where the gifts of the imagination come into play.  Where thoughts make you think more linear thoughts… your imagination allows you to create another reality!

Not convinced?

Well, that’s why it can be so hard to create a new reality.

But let’s play with this for a bit! The underutilization of the imagination IS one of the BIGGEST reasons why we continue to recreate what we already have. Why?

Because as adults, we tend to downplay the imagination, and we usually give more credence to what the physical eyes tell us, because it’s “real”. Yet what comes into physical form, is only material, because it was first perceived in the imagination. And those images you envisioned, created the blueprint in the subconscious, which drew the resources and material manifestation into your experience.

And there’s more, of course!

Your Mind Determines What You See, More Than Your Eyes Do. It’s an interesting predicament, isn’t it?

If we rely only on our eyes to tell us what’s “real”, and if we discredit the gifts that can help us see beyond what we’ve already created, we’ll just keep creating more of the same experiences.

So the message here is simple. There is tremendous creative power in positive imagery. And we all know how to pretend! We were masters as children. We simply need to embrace that part of ourselves again. For the imagination can take us to higher, brighter and far more fulfilling places, beyond all the wonderful … and sometimes not-so-wonderful… things we’ve already created!

See how you can open yourself up to the wonder and magic of your imagination today. L.O.V.E. it as much as you do your analytical gifts! Not only will you have more fun, you may also discover that receiving all you desire, becomes child’s play!

Do you ever feel overwhelmed or uncertain?

That may be a sign that you’re trying to do too many things simultaneously, or in need of a little play time!

So when you’re tempted to work faster because of the number of things you want to accomplish, that’s a perfect time to slow down. Take a few deep breaths, find your inner calm, or go outside and play for a few minutes.

Then when you’re ready to refocus, consider the area that is creating discord. See if you can see the challenge from a different perspective.

What is this experience telling me? What can I learn from it? How do I feel about this situation? And now, more importantly, how do I want to feel? What might that look like?

As you focus for a few minutes on the improved feeling, and on the improved vision, your subconscious mind will automatically get busy attracting the solution.

After a couple minutes of focusing on how you want to feel and what you truly want to experience, release the vision and feeling outward, letting it radiate from you. And as you do this, know that the answer and the means will come.

You may experience a sudden flash of clarity, or you may find that the answer or desired experience comes to you later, as you’re focusing on something else.

Either way the answer always comes. Ask, release and allow!

TIME to Cellular Joy: * About 2 Minutes *

The most fulfilling adventure unfolds for you, when you decide to live as an untethered soul, by being who you truly want to be… without the self-imposed filters of “have-tos and shoulds”.

This is the ultimate freedom, to allow your unique light to shine forth, fully. It is the expansiveness and authenticity that we envisioned when we came forth into this lifetime. And we find it by following the path of joy!

As conscious creators, we embrace individuality, and celebrate one anothers’ unique gifts. And being a self-actualized individual doesn’t mean that we feel separated from others. In fact the opposite is true. The more comfortable we become embracing our uniqueness, the more we feel a common bond with others.

So, how can we feel more connected when we’re allowing ourselves to be so different?

It works this way. If we’re following another’s path, or if we’re following fears, rather than our unique passions, that’s when the ungrounded ego kicks into high gear. And we feel threatened, but not for reasons we might imagine. The threat is not coming from the outside, it never is.

We feel unsafe, because we’re not allowing ourselves to be completely present. We feel unsafe when we follow fears rather than our true desires. Fear is an indicator that we’re not being led by soul truth. That’s all. But the more we focus upon the groundless fears, the more we feed defensiveness and judgement, of the self and others.

But when our desire and focus is to embrace our unique path, there’s no need to be defensive, and there’s no need to judge ourselves, or another harshly. For the more self-actualized we become, the more we fall in love with life!

The more we embrace who we truly are, the more we see through the eyes of Source, rather than the ungrounded ego.

And as we allow ourselves to be the untethered soul, the more we understand that there is no right or wrong way to be. For the beauty in life, is that we are each able, as indivudals, to create a unique reality.

And the ultimate form of creation is you creating the greatest masterpiece imaginable, and that masterpiece is your life, as you want it to be!

And you create your big, bold and beautiful life with your daily choices… with the thoughts you think and in the way you choose to live your life. And with each soul-based decision, you become more self-actualized, you become more enlightened… you become who you truly are!

Joy points you in the direction of living a life of growth and freedom. So seek to be truly happy, by being your Self, by following your heart. This is soul  integration, your primary mission, and the ultimate form of liberation!

So pave your own path, walk your highest truth and above all, love your journey!

You may notice that in some areas of your life, you’re able to prosper with ease. Maybe you’re really good at attracting the perfect relationships, resources or information, for example. Yet in other areas, such as consistent cash flow, well … that presents more of a challenge for many business owners, doesn’t it?

Money tends to have a lot more emotional and cultural baggage attached to it. For the majority of people in our society, didn’t grow up having candid and empowering conversations about money at the dinner table. We got the  message it was something we didn’t talk about. Then to further complicate  matters, we’re constantly sold to, and inundated with messages that tell us that if we buy something, we’ll be happier, more successful, or become even more beautiful or virile. Beer and wings, anyone?

Yet within all this consumerism, there’s also a belief within our social consciousness that states that there’s something mysterious, and maybe even a little tainted about receiving money. But, we’re still expected to want all this stuff, and to spend lots of money … to  keep the economy going.

So it’s not a surprise that there’s a lot of debt, shame and guilt around the subject of money in the collective American consciousness. It’s perfectly logical that we’d feel confused.

So be kind to yourself if you’re trying to figure this out too.

But, let’s not stay in the no-fun scarcity confusion illusion !

Because you’re a conscious creator, you can choose to see money in a fun and empowering way! You can choose to cultivate a healthier, more liberating  relationship with financial abundance.

~1~ Play! We can start by shifting our paradigms a bit. For example, can you see yourself having fun discovering how to thrive financially? Because when we take things too seriously, or avoid them, it’s just too easy to get caught in the fear and anxiety trap.

See if you can approach financial prosperity with curiosity,  as yet another way to explore life, help others and play with your creative abilities.

Imagine a Monopoly Board. As you played the game, you learned about your  favorite properties and discovered how to strategize, invest, and receive more.  It was fun.

~2~ Decide! How do you want to feel about money? Do you want to like it, have fun with it, and feel confident managing it? Can you feel excited about watching it grow so you can build a business, travel more, play with new toys, help others, and feed the web of life?

~3~ Imagine! Once you know how you want to feel about it, you can decide what your desired experience looks like. And the images you envision will start feeding your subconscious, which helps you believe and receive with more ease and grace!

~4~ Appreciate!  The more you appreciate what you already have, the more you open yourself up to receiving more wonderful things and experiences.

~5~ Right Focus! If you receive what you believe, then what’s your external environment telling you about what you’re focusing on most? Sometimes our focus, just needs a little fine-tuning. For example, are you predominately focusing on “needing” or “wanting” more money … or “having” or “receiving” more money? When you’ve been feeling a shortage for awhile, it can be easy to be focused on “needing” more, which only keeps the vibration of “not enough” active in your energy field. So,  that’s why imagining, feeling, playing and appreciating are such powerful habits to cultivate, as you expand your prosperity consciousness.

If you find yourself walking down a thought path of scarcity, use an affirmation to help you shift. Here’s an example you might find helpful.

“I no longer choose to create that experience in my life. I’m done playing with the scarcity concept, and say goodbye forever to any thoughts of limitation or hardship. 

I now choose to receive all of the abundance in my life now. I am now playing with greater cash flow, and see myself receiving and managing money with ease and grace. My preference is an ever-expanding, steady stream of prosperity and peace. I am having so much fun receiving all this goodness, and know that no matter how much goodness I receive today, more will come tomorrow. And for
this, I am eternally thankful! What a joy it is to create prosperity and ease! And so it is!”

Personal fulfillment leads to true achievement, prosperity and yes, even bliss! So there isn’t anything you could ever do that’s more important than being happy.

It’s that simple. It’s that clear. It’s really that powerful!

So even if this sounds too cliché, resist the temptation to dismiss it as too easy to be true.

Because if you declare that your highest priority is to be happy, and mean it, then any distractions, confusion, or fears have to dissolve, and fade from away from your experience.

Happy means following your highest, truest path! So, follow that smile!

So, all together now …

Gray skies are gonna clear up, put on a happy face; ¹
Brush off the clouds and cheer up, put on a happy face.
Take off the gloomy mask of tragedy, It’s not your style;
You’ll look so good that you’ll be glad Ya’ decide to smile!

So, while we’re talking about being happy, what do you appreciate most about your life right now, this moment? What makes you happy?

 WORD COUNT:  827 Short, Yet Discerning Words

TIME to Truly Decide: * About 4 Minutes! *

We pass through three phases on our way to divine discernment.

In the early stages of our human journey, we do what other people want us to do.

Then at some point, we progress to the next stage, where we do what we think we “should” do.

And then thankfully, if we’re willing to find the courage, we progress into the third stage, which is doing what we truly want to do.

Yet deciding what we want isn’t always a slam dunk. Sometimes we’re not sure. And it makes sense that we’d need some time to figure out this process of knowing what we truly want to expand in our experience. So if you’re caught in uncertainty, this may help you sort it out.

In the first stage of our human journey, someone else did the deciding for us. And even though we didn’t always like this arrangement, it was easy. We went along for the ride, for the most part. And there was safety in that scenario, because an authority figure had the responsibility of deciding. So we didn’t really have to face the consequences of choice.

Yet the Self becomes stronger with each decision we make. So at a soul level, we don’t really want to stay in stage one forever.

So, what happens in the second stage? Well, we burden ourselves with “shoulds” and “have-tos”. We make choices based upon the desired outcomes, with little or no thought about enjoying the journey… as we forge ahead to the promised land, of goals realized. For the most part, we’re still living by someone else’s rules, but don’t recognize that we’re doing so.

We go into over-responsibility, and pleasing other people in order to fit in … or we make decisions on the basis of someone else’s concept of success … or to fulfill culturally defined roles and responsibilities. And so life feels hard. We  struggle, push, and overdo in an  attempt to prove something, either to ourselves, or to someone else.

So in the second stage of our journey, we’re accepting more responsibility for our decisions, but we’re still not really deciding what we truly want to experience. Even though we think we’re deciding, we’re allowing social norms or someone else’s ideas to decide for us! We do what we think is expected. We do what we think is necessary to fit in. We make decisions in an attempt to fill a void.

Naturally, there are aspects we enjoy in every stage of life. Yet, at some point, we start to question our assumptions and beliefs. There’s a whisper of discontent. Something doesn’t feel quite right, but we’re not sure what it is. Does this sound familiar? So we begin to look deeper. This is usually a sign that we’re transitioning into the third stage.

And in the third stage, we reclaim our Personal Power, we become who we truly are. This requires courage and shedding the fears and wornout beliefs that don’t reflect who we truly are. We step out of the Human Doing and into the Human Being. We recognize where we’ve been led by a need to feel good enough. In this stage, we recognize our value, and understand that success isn’t tied to: what we accomplish, a job title, or an annual salary. We know that success is measured by something very different. It is measured by our ability to allow ourselves to be genuinely happy, being and doing what we truly want to be and do.  Now our decisions are based upon what we authentically want to expand in our experience, at a soul level.

So now we’re back to the Soul Truth, we’ve been exploring. Which leads us naturally to the question… how do we know what we really want at a soul level?

1) Appreciate that life has, and is teaching you how it feels when You aren’t really making the decisions. These experiences have given you the gifts of wisdom and compassion!

2) Decide that you want to follow your own path.

3) Then commit to making decisions, not just because of where they may lead, but because you want to enjoy the journey!

4) From a state of inner peace, ask yourself questions such as:

 - What would I prefer to experience or what would I enjoy?

 - How do I want to feel? 

 - Who do I want to be? 

 - What would this look like? 

 - Then based on those answers, what do I really want to do?

By using these or similar questions in this sequence, you’re leading from the heart, from Soul Wisdom, rather than from the intellect. Higher wisdom and knowingness reside in how we feel, not in linear thought. Thinking helps us create, organize and understand on the mental level, which is important. But the true You, who knows what she truly wants, isn’t found in the head. You’ll find her through the heart!

Decide from the heart, think with the head.

What is Soul Truth?

Soul Truth is Personal, although there will always be Universal Truths that operate automatically and without exception.

Your Soul Truth is your personal use of Sacred Law… for it is done unto you as you believe. And you decide what you believe!  And in your thoughts rest your Personal Truth, …your use of Sacred Law.

So, what are we seeking to understand? We want to know Truth which is unclouded by the lower aspects of self. You may call the confused aspects an unhealthy ego, orphans, unresolved painful experiences, or lower self.The term you choose doesn’t matter.  For you know when you are led by anything other than your Higher Truth.

You feel Truth and know it without the need for rational thought.

And in Universal Laws are Truths of Nature that bring order to the Universe. These Laws  bring planets and people into being. These Laws allow everything to interact harmoniously  without the need to consciously monitor, regulate or control the moving parts.

The natural order of life is to grow and expand. So, the first Law is…

1) the Law of Absolute Dimension, which means we are living in a universe of infinite expansion. It ensures that you will always grow and evolve, just as all life will.

2) The next law is the Law of One Consciousness, which means that there is One Creative Life Force that is all knowing, all loving, and everywhere present. It unifies us in a vast ocean of peace, which penetrates everything. It is unconditional.

3) The Law of Creative Belief is next. Again, “it is done unto you as you believe”. This you know, for it is self-evident.

4) The Law of Attraction brings resources together within and without. In other words, your thoughts emote, or create your state of consciousness in which joy or sorrow, hope or  fear, for example are cultivated and experienced. This acts as a mental magnet bringing together those people, places and things that resonate at the same frequency.

5) There is also the Law of Integrity which says that you can not get it wrong. This is another way of saying that nothing matters. That being said, everything matters is also true, because we are each born for a deep and joyful purpose, to experience life fully, and to learn more about Self, as individualized spirits on a human journey! So it does matter that you make the effort to embrace life, but not so that it burdens you. For your Soul Desire is to enjoy the journey, down to the last drop. Your intention was never to punish yourself with “have-tos” and “shoulds”!

Move lightly today in faith and abundance, knowing that you are indeed a conscious creator!

Close your eyes and see yourself moving with ease, relishing the aha moments, and embracing life fully and completely. See yourself knowing to the very core of your being that there is nothing beyond you! For you have within you all the knowledge, resources and experiences that you desire. And so it is!

TIME to Break Free: * About 2 Minutes! *

As we study the spiritual side of life, we learn about spiritual law. And so it’s only natural that we’d also begin to question manmade laws at this time. In other words, we question the roles and duties we have accepted as truth, in lieu of universal and personal truths.

As children, we’re immersed in cultural or “manmade laws” which tell us how we should think, act and feel. And these expectations are assigned based on gender, age, family heritage,  parental beliefs, or religious affiliations, for example.

Dogma, “shoulds”, and stereotypes fall into the category of manmade law. And for a time within the context of the human journey, we accept this way of being as truth. But at some point, we begin to question these laws, because they don’t fit who we truly are. So then we wonder if this isn’t true, what is? And if I’m not that, then who am I?

In this way, we’re able to discern between Universal Law and manmade law. And the two are as different as night and day. Some Native American cultures call Universal Law… Sacred Law, because it transcends physical matter, and applies regardless of your form, religious or cultural affiliations. Sacred Law is Truth, with a capital T, it never wavers. Manmade law is merely an opinion or preference set forth by man, in the hopes of achieving a particular outcome. So manmade laws vary widely, and are often fear based, and stem from a desire to control.

Why does this matter? Because when we truly understand the difference, we are free. I’m sure you’ve heard “and the Truth shall set you free”. Does it resonate with you? There’s a reason why it does. You recognized the power and the implications within these seven tiny words.

For when we understand Truth, or Sacred Law, we’re able to stand in our own light. We can weed out what is not truly ours.  And so we embrace our personal truth, our soul voice, without the cultural interference, “have tos” and “shoulds”. This rebirth leads to a deeper understanding of life and our mission in it, at a soul level.

How do you think manmade “laws” have influenced the way you see yourself? This question is significant, for your self image determines what you think about yourself, and therefore what you can be and do.

So, we’ll be exploring more in the areas of Universal Law and Soul Truth in the days ahead. For it is in exploration that we discover freedom of the highest kind.

Happy Monday and welcome to the 292nd day of the year 2009!

As you embark on your adventure this week, hold true and fast to your dreams. Do not waver in your resolve to follow the path you truly desire.

And in all matters, think about what you can do, rather than what you think you can’t do.

For it is your perception that determines the quality of your journey, and your expectations produce the outcome. So there are no external forces or restrictions that can keep you from enjoying the day, week and lifetime you envision.

And there’s a simple Truth that can help you attune with right thought and right action. That Truth is: every decision you make is a choice between what is truly desired, and what is not desired. Which way are you heading?

Attunement Means:
 - Following the path of your divine potential, rather than the road of  scarcity.

- Choosing to think about what you can do, rather than what you think you can’t do.

- Embracing the way of forgiveness, instead of regrets.

- Seeing it easily done, rather than accepting ideas that take you through hardship.

- And resolving now to see challenges as opportunities to strengthen your skills, rather than thinking you did something wrong!

For anything and everything you encounter can be the means of honing your skills as the conscious conductor of your reality. Can you see yourself now  practicing, as you would a cherished instrument? Can you see yourself playing gracefully in the symphony of time and space?

To you, perfectly attuned with miracles and magic!

As we grow as conscious creators, we will come to a place in our understanding where there is no hardship, accident or confusion. This isn’t to say that we should delude ourselves. For whatever has been created exists (for now).

Yet, when we realize within our own consciousness that there is no need for misfortune or suffering, then it will be so. It can seem like a tall order, boy do I know! For everyone in human form has experienced the challenges of knowing what they want, and then not allowing themselves to have it. Thankfully, this is only temporary!

The great mystics wrote that we will, each in our own time, and in our own way, walk in Truth, Peace and Prosperity, of the highest kind. But as we contemplate what is working well and what is not, let’s not forget to congratulate ourselves on how far we’ve come!

And so today, pat yourself on the back for a job well done! You’ve journeyed far, realized much, and hopefully laughed a lot too! Give yourself credit for the  progress you’ve made. For it has been significant, perhaps more than you realize!
