Today is a day for celebration. This past week, you suspended disbelief… and are soaring to ever-greater heights! Everyday your trust in your glorious, creative abilities grows stronger.

And on this journey you are guaranteed great learning, splendid adventures, and moments that take your breath away. For we are living on an enchanted planet! Our environment offers us infinite possibilities, and paths to explore. And as we explore, we discover the desires that ignite the fire within. And in that moment we create anew. This is how the universe expands beyond words, through contrast and diversity!

In Daily Discovery, we are reminded of the wonder and magic that surrounds us. In Daily Discovery, we are reminded that we create our reality with the thoughts that we think.

So in between observing the diverse political spins, news reports and doing the laundry, sometimes we forget that what we focus upon expands in our experience.

Peace and prosperity are available to anyone at anytime. But we can not control the opinions of others, nor would we really want to try. For it is in this diversity of opinions and ideas.. that expansion is possible. But the contention and animosity is totally unnecessary.

For anything that causes separation, or feeds fear is simply the ego saying it wants to be in charge.  And when we let the ego lead, we become isolated from others, and build fortresses of fear. This ego-driven separation amplifies  feelings of anxiety, isolation and disconnect. Letting the ego lead is the number one cause of acrimony between people, political parties and nations.

But when we decide that we will live and lead from a Higher Perspective, we realize that there is room for all. We welcome and embrace diversity of opinion, because we know that someone doesn’t have to be wrong, in order for someone else to be right. A position is simply a perspective chosen. It is neither right or wrong, good or bad. Yet these individual perspectives do determine how events, statistics and “the facts” are interpreted. For we filter and therefore create our “reality”… based upon our individual beliefs.

If anger surfaces when we encounter a different opinion, that’s a signal that we’re pushing against something that we really don’t want to push against. For whatever we focus upon will expand.  Contention begets contention, defensiveness begets defensiveness, and so on.

Yet on this enchanted planet, we have the ability to choose empowering perspectives, and liberating ideals to guide the way.

We can honor our individual perspectives, and respect another’s right to choose differently. For we all live according to our own beliefs.

Choose… Allow and … Be Happy!
