Living an Extraordinary Life

September 29th, 2009

higherselfportraitWORD COUNT: 431  Short, Yet Expansive Words

TIME to Transcend Limitations: * About 3 1/2 MINUTES! *

How would you experience life through the Higher Self? Why does it matter?

Here’s a perspective. Ponder how it feels, and as you read these principles, pause after each aspect. Give yourself an opportunity to fully experience the consciousness behind the words; intend to read and feel from the heart. This is how you experience your inner truth. This isn’t an exercise for the mental level, so tell it to sit this one out. For inner truths can only be felt!

When you live from the perspective of the Higher Self, you:

~ Have a reverence for all life …
~ Know what you want, on a soul level …
~ Feel supported by the Universe, and don’t get sidetracked by
baseless fears, judgements, comparisons, or self criticism …
~ Trust your intuition and your inner knowing …
~ Live from the Inner World Out, rather than trying to control or manipulate the outer world…
~ Soar in quiet confidence, honoring the Dreamer and the Doer
~ Live in wonder and curiosity, embracing your life, (all of it)!

When we experience the external reality as the only reality, we feel isolated and alone. When we get caught up in “the stories” we’ve created, we lose the connection necessary for deeper meaning, purpose, and joy.

From the five-sensory only perspective, there’s never enough time, money, love or resources. We live in a self-created world of scarcity and limitations, instead of an ever-expanding universe of infinite supply.

So how do you live life from the Higher Self?

1) Recognize that there is a more empowering reality, one that fits your true eternal, explorer, creator Self! That’s the TRUE YOU who’s just too marvelous for words!

2) Decide that you want to see through the eyes of Source.

3) Cultivate Inner Peace and Self-Discovery every day.

4) Live in compassionate curiosity as you play in the sandbox of time and space!

5) Ask for help from your Higher Power and know that you’ll receive it!

As always, commit to enjoying your journey! For we can learn and grow as we embrace the wonder and magic of life. There’s no hard and fast rule that says life has to be hard. That’s simply one perspective that we can choose!

There is a wonderful quote derived from “A Course in Miracles”. Consider these words and how you can apply them to expand your experience of the extraordinary life that is yours now!

“Every decision I make is a choice between a grievance and a miracle. I relinquish all grievances, regrets and resentments and choose the miracle!”

Powerfully delicious, isn’t it?
