Try not to limit your view of the world by dwelling on past experiences. Your ability to expand your concept of what’s possible is planted squarely in the present, and in your imagination.
So look away from the unwanted or unknown, and form an image of what you desire. See it in your mind as an accomplished fact, done, complete and perfect. What are you feeling, thinking and doing?
Erase any ideas of failure or success. Because what materializes is simply a result of where you focus your attention. Whatever you dwell upon tends to take form. And, the good news is, you can steer your attention in any direction you choose, just as easily as you can steer a bicycle. Any thoughts to the contrary are illusions. Let them go, and embrace your true creative potential.
For you are whatever you decide you are!
So you could say that successful people think about success. Prosperous people think about prosperity. Problem solvers think about solutions. Confident people think thoughts that build confidence. And of course, happy people think happy thoughts, and so on!
