Who do you want to do business with?
Why is this important?Because getting crystal clear about the characteristics, qualities and attributes of the people you want to connect with in a meaningful way … helps you attract not just any customer … but the customers who are ideal fits for you! These are the people you really want to attract because you have a naturally symbiotic relationship.
Ideal Customers have a problem or desire that you can meet … better than anyone else can … given their unique characteristics and attributes and your unique talents and gifts!
When you know who you want to do business with, it helps your ideal customers find you in the messages you craft. That can include your website and advertising copy, promotional materials, articles, presentations, voice mail greetings and in your correspondence and email. When you know your ideal customers well, you can serve them better. When they’re satisfied, they refer you to other ideal customers!
This is your business, so get specific about the experiences you want to create and that includes your vision of your ideal customers.
