An essential ingredient for growing into our greatest goals and dreams… is being open to the help and guidance available to us, from within, and from our supportive friends and Angels as well.

Sometimes as we shift directions, or when we’re getting ready to take a big leap, we find it uncomfortable to be around some acquaintances, colleagues and friends. It’s hard to be in places that no longer fit who we are becoming, as we align with a new path.

This is a perfect part of evolution. But sometimes it’s difficult to give up the old, because we want to support our friends and family. And sometimes the known, can feel safer than the unknown, even when our current circumstances are unpleasant.

Yet if you do not feel welcomed or respected, that’s an indicator that it’s time to gently and honestly assess your own needs, and how you can better care for, and add value to yourself. We must love and respect ourselves enough to stand in our own truth.

Sometimes releasing the old, doesn’t necessarily mean ending a relationship. Sometimes a shift in perspective is all that is needed. As we align with what we need in our connections with others, our existing relationships will either morph into what will support us, or they will naturally dissolve, if we let them.

Nurture and care for yourself first! Because you can not add value to others, if you don’t honor your own needs. I’m not suggesting to be insensitive to others. I’m simply pointing out what you already know. That is, we can’t take responsibility for another’s happiness. And putting ourselves in painful situations, won’t improve their world or ours.

Personal fulfillment comes from within, and we can not walk that path for another. It is up to each of us to align with our unique definition of a life well lived!

So invoke your angels and ask your friends to help you know peace and ease, as you connect with your inner truth. Let’s strive to be gentle and kind to self and others. For we all have an unfolding story, and are doing the best we can… from our current state of consciousness.

You have much to be thankful for! Embrace your journey as you love and honor yourself with all your heart and soul. May you know tranquility and confidence on your journey this and every day!
