Framing Your Best Day

February 20th, 2009

Constructing your Best Day

WORD COUNT: 465 Short, Yet  Constructive Words

TIME to Better Results: Less than 2 Minutes

How did you begin your day? What expectations did you use to lay the groundwork for a fulfilling day?

For our assumptions shape our reality. Our expectations determine whether or not we live the dreams we envision.

To frame your best day, doesn’t require a Ph.D. or years of studying the scientific, or metaphysical principles of success.

For you already have everything you need to succeed! You were born with a very simple, yet miraculous tool, and it’s always with you. It can help you align with the most empowering perspectives possible, yet it costs you nothing.

If you want to feel better about your prospects, or if you’re ready to break free of old habits, then ask yourself a better question each morning.

Let your framework for the day inspire you! Ask a question that is aligned with what you really want to be, do or have.

We determine the probabilities for successful outcomes, every single day, through our internal dialogue.

What you say to yourself seals your fate.

Yet the same internal dialogue that can keep you stuck, can also set you free when you ask a better question!

For the human mind is wired to automatically find the answers we seek. And the quality of the answer is directly related to the quality of the question.

So you have the ability to expand your potential beyond your wildest dreams, by simply asking a more empowering question!

If you don’t like where you are in a particular area of your life, financially, professionally, or personally, just ask a better question.

Make this simple practice part of an empowering morning routine so you can create more enjoyable outcomes. Before long, you’ll be living your dream!

Here are some examples of what I call, “Day Framing Questions”. Which perspectives would help you build what you really want to experience today?

Will you frame your day, by asking yourself:

- How will I ever get this all done, or …
+ What decisions can I make to work less, and accomplish more?

- Am I really ready for this next step, or …
+ What can I do today to expand my self-confidence?

- What if that contract/sale/money doesn’t come, or …
+ How will I use the abundance coming to me?

- Why isn’t this working, or …
+ What has worked well for me in the past?

- Will I ever find a better job (or create a healthier business)?
+ What gifts and talents do I want to share to help others fulfill a need, or solve a problem?

The most important conversations you will have today, are the ones you have with yourself!  For your inner chats determine your reality.

You have the power to be or do anything you imagine. Start by believing in yourself, then just ask yourself an encouraging question!
