Let go of any resistance you feel and you will discover immediate relief. You can choose to feel better, no matter where you are, or what you’re doing.

 I’m not suggesting that you should ignore life’s challenges or become a doormat, of course not. What I am saying is, when you  release the attachment to things you can not control, you’re in a position of great strength, not weakness.

When we hang on to things or allow ourselves to get stressed out over a big To Do list, events or circumstances, we relinquish our personal power.

We all have the ability to choose how we feel. Granted, it’s not always easy, but the gifts that come from the ability to choose your state consciousness are as vast as the universe. For you can choose to feel peace, health, happiness, joy, prosperity, harmony or … anger, distress, despair, anxiety, lack or antagonism.

What will you choose?

When you make a conscious decision to always find the best feeling or thought from where you are, you are truly an enlightened leader. For circumstances can no longer control you, when you decide to enjoy the journey. You become the master of your own destiny.

Your feelings and thoughts are your point of attraction. They determine what you can be, do or have.

What better gift can you give yourself, than to choose to feel relief, so you can draw more ideal circumstances and things into your life and business?

Sometimes we get so involved in what we are doing, that we don’t even realize that we’re pushing against circumstances or events that don’t feel good. We can become so used to feeling stress, that we don’t even notice that we’re blocking our ability to process and release the events of the day. What we don’t release, we carry with us, like a great weight on our shoulders.

So pay attention to how you feel, choose to enjoy the journey. For when you improve your inner world, you can transform your outer world!

Let go … and become all that you desire and more!
