Conscious Creation: What’s Your Story

What’s your story?
I’m not referring to the current life and business you experience with your physical senses. That’s an easy story to tell and too much focus on “what is”, can keep you apart from your greatest goals and dreams.
Instead, I’m referring to the story that paints the picture of the most exciting, abundant and thoroughly enjoyable life and business you can imagine!
I’m asking this question, because your power lies in your real story, the one that comes through your imagination and your higher Self, who knows your true potential…even if you’ve forgotten how wonderful you really are!
If we took a few minutes every day to write, contemplate or envision the story of what we really want to be, do or have, we would literally transform our lives and businesses to such a degree, that the results would truly amaze us.
This is the immense power of right focus or right thought. Too often we get stuck in the story of our current circumstances. In other words, as we set revenue targets or think about the lifestyle we want to create, then we stay focused on the fact that we don’t yet have it.
The problem with this way of focusing is that as long as we look predominately at the lack of what we want, our current circumstances remain active in our vibration. So, we continue to attract what we say we want to improve.
The Law of Attraction is a precise principle and it works every time. As Ernest Holmes said almost 100 years ago; “The universe responds to what we think into it, nothing more than that.”
This is really simple, yet we make it hard. We go right from our goals into why we don’t have it.
We keep the lack of goal attainment active by:
- Focusing too much on “our stuff”. Well, we all have stuff, so fortunately that not a deal breaker. Don’t ever let that stop you! As “stuff” comes up, acknowledge and appreciate the lesson in it, then let it go and move on. “Our stuff” is only a problem when we get attached to it and don’t let it go.
- Justifying why we want something. You don’t need to justify anything. If you want it, great. Go for it! You getting more of what you desire, does not keep someone else from having what they want. We live in an infinite universe that’s always expanding. In fact, when you demonstrate your goals, you help others through your example!
- Letting fear stop us. Fear crops up in interesting ways, disguised as procrastination, an endless list of emergencies, other peoples’ priorities and my personal favorite, “busy-ness”. Join me in the “Fear, So What?” club. It’s just part of the human equation. The only difference between people who succeed and those who don’t, is those who succeed, don’t let fear stop them. Work through it, take small steps if you have to, and soon you’ll find your confidence expanding along with your spirit and your bottom line!
- Valuing other peoples opinions more than your own. Okay, teachers, guides and experts can help us on our journey. I have many to whom I’m eternally grateful. But in the end, your opinion and how you feel about something, is the only opinion that really matters. Get aligned with what YOU want, because you can’t control what other people feel, think or say anyway.
Just focus more on what you want, than on what you don’t want. Write your own story. Believe in it, see it and enjoy it fully as it evolves into your masterpiece.
Spend time everyday creating your real story. For that is how you attract more abundance and ease, rather than the struggle of not having enough of whatever you’ve decided you truly want.
To your greatest goals and dreams! To your one-of-a kind story!
Your friend and partner in expansion,
