Sometimes it helps to clear away the clutter of the sea of words around us. The intention as I put together these words of wisdom and truth is to offer you a collection of messages that may lighten your way to that which you most truly desire. What follows are selected teachings from Ernest Holmes, New Thought Author and Father of Science of Mind. You may want to take a few deep cleansing breathes and then read them, one at time, in stillness.

Think and feel the meaning behind the words. If one message in particularly calls to you, write it down, meditate or journal on it and see what comes to you.  This is a great way to clear away the fog and mire and to be who you are truly called to be. This process merges the inherent and limitless wisdom of the heart with the structure of the intellect.

To think is to create.

We are always creating, whether we are conscious of it or not.

There is a universal law that will always reflect back to you that which you think into it. This law can set you free of all that binds you if you make conscious use of it.

Circumstances, business and life results and experiences are “the effect” of what we think.

We are individuals in a cosmic Wholeness, and are all connected, yet separate identities.  

There is a subtle atmosphere that is around us which attracts or repels people, circumstances and things to us.

Your atmosphere is determined by your focus. Are you looking at antagonism, fear and confusion? Failure or unhappiness? Then that is what you will attract.

Some form of fear is almost always the cause of most of our troubles.

If you’re not yet manifesting what you want, clear the beleifs that do not serve you.  Then align with the outcome you really and truly want.  

We can not manifest beyond our ability to mentally embody an idea. So, what do you believe to be true about what you want to do, be or create? The answer will determine what materializes.

Start first with knowing that you are pure potential, an individualized expression of the cosmic wholeness. So really, there is no thing to fear.

The real “work” is to align with what we really want. When we do that, actions are sooo much easier and far more enjoyable!

So, plant seeds of love, trust, harmony, abundance, joy, prosperity, confidence and all that which you so richly deserve. 

You are a unique representation of the One and only Mind and Spirit, Universal Intelligence. 

Therefore you are limitless potential.
