<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">Have you ever wondered about your role in the universe, or if what you do makes a lasting difference?</span></em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">The search for meaning has kept us reaching since the beginning of time.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>We search for meaningful work, a more balanced and fulfilling life, and for our unique purpose.</strong></span> We wonder &#8211; does what I do matter? We want to know that we make a difference.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">The answer of course, is yes, without question. But still we search&#8230;without realizing that the very act of living makes a difference, and the truth is so simple that we often keep ourselves apart from the answers we seek.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #3f5bc0;">We believe that enlightenment is only for the gurus</span></strong> <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>who mediate 8 hours a day</strong></span>, who retreat to some mountain top until they get a sudden flash that forever changes them, and gives them divine insight into the meaning of life.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Many of us get caught in the seeking part, and so we never find what we desire, because we believe this state of knowing is only for other people, who are more gifted or special than we are. Yet when we realize that the answers are truly within us and readily available, rather than out there embedded in some ancient secret, that is when we&#8217;re able to find the answers we seek. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>There&#8217;s a Zen saying that says we must seek without seeking.</strong></span> In other words, we must be curious in order to set the wheels of discovery in motion, and then we must also expect to find the answers.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">So explore always expecting to find that which you seek. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">But we sometimes see our lives as too ordinary. And that&#8217;s why we often don&#8217;t recognize the countless opportunities we encounter every single day. We are surrounded by opportunities to make a difference, to connect with others in a meaningful way, and to know more joy and fulfillment. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #3f5bc0;">So maybe it&#8217;s time to recognize how truly special you are.</span> </strong>For every decision you make, and every thought or deed you express as an impact.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Your daily choices matter. And the thoughts you think set everything in motion, and so that&#8217;s the place to start. For your beliefs create your reality. They lead to the decisions you make, and the words and deeds you express.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>When you choose to become a conscious creator, to embrace the significance of your daily decisions, that is when you begin to truly appreciate your place in the universe.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">So how are you exercising your personal power to create the life you truly desire, and to give, as well as receive? </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Through your acts and words, you have the power to help yourself and others grow, you have the power to persuade, to educate, inspire, clarify, enlighten, heal old wounds, forgive, learn, build confidence, to uplift others and on, and on we could go.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>And you also have the ability within you to experience more joy, fulfillment, appreciation, prosperity, happiness, or whatever you personally want to expand in your life.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Yet that same power can be used to tear yourself or others down. Certainly we would not do this intentionally, but through a lack of awareness, many people experience unnecessary grief in their lives.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Here&#8217;s what I mean. <strong><span style="color: #3f5bc0;">On average we think more than 60,000 thoughts per day. That&#8217;s a lot of thinking.</span> </strong>And how many of those thoughts are constructive? How many lift you up, rather than tear you down? Do you generally expect the best, or are you letting doubt, anger or fear rob you of greater health and happiness? </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Is your inner critic in charge, and keeping you trapped in indecision and procrastination? If so, you&#8217;re holding yourself apart from your greatest goals and dreams.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">If you find yourself thinking, well maybe someday, when this happens, I&#8217;ll move forward. That day may never come, because outer circumstances don&#8217;t determine your reality. You do. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #3f5bc0;">Whatever you seek, begin by believing that you can have it.</span> </strong>You are in charge, not the wounded  ego, or the inner critic. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Decide now that You are in charge. This is how you reclaim your personal power, by recognizing that you have the power within you to have whatever you&#8217;re inspired to be, do or create. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Believe in yourself! For who&#8217;s more worth it than you? No one, that&#8217;s who!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">So how do we do this when so much of our social consciousness is immersed in thoughts that are pointed toward what&#8217;s wrong with the world, or why something won&#8217;t work.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>Here are Some Tools to Immerse Yourself in Joyfully Empowered Living.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">1.<span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong> DECIDE.</strong></span> Choose what you truly want to experience next, including what you want to give AND receive.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">2. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>STAND IN YOUR OWN LIGHT</strong></span>. Refuse to let habits, other people, or outer circumstances take you off track. We&#8217;ll always have the media, advertisers and naysayers trying to tell us what to think, eat or believe. Shut them off. What you think and believe is far more important. What&#8217;s good for them, may not be your dream, nor should it be. So pay attention to what you think and feel, and let others have there own opinions. It&#8217;s for each of us to decide in our own way.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">3. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DAILY CHOICES</strong></span>. How you choose to focus your attention in thought and in the actions you choose, determines what you create. So choose perspectives and actions that are aligned with what you truly want to expand in your experience.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">4. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>CULTIVATE CONSTRUCTIVE THOUGHTS &amp; WORDS</strong></span>. For they have the power to build or destroy. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">5. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>BE YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND</strong></span>. If the inner citric starts chiming in, talk to yourself as you would your very best friend. Refuse to succumb to thoughts of unworthiness. You are so much more than worthy and we can not give to others if we can&#8217;t give to ourselves<br />
first. Practice every day turning toward thoughts that will help you, rather than hold you back. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Self-criticism is simply a habit that many of us formed in early childhood. But it serves no purpose other than to destroy your dreams and goals. So let is go.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">6. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>USE EMPOWERING TOOLS &amp; PRACTICES EVERY DAY</strong></span>. Choose tools and practices that help you make heart felt choices. And use ideas that help you be fully present throughout your day. Doing so helps you make the choices that are aligned with what you truly want to experience. And there are thousands of tools to help you. For example &#8220;The Daily Discovery Series&#8221; helps you stay focused on empowering  perspectives and purposeful living. And there are also affirmations, articles, books, coaches, teachers and energy workers<br />
who are also great helpers.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">And an indispensable tool for aligning with your inner wisdom is to make time for stillness, self reflection or meditation to nurture your soul everyday. Every minute helps. Read your favorite spiritual and personal development authors. Find what resonates with you at the moment and surround yourself with stuff that helps you feel good, as you cultivate constructive seeds. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">7.<strong><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"> EXPECT THE BEST IN EVERY DIRECTION YOU LOOK</span></strong>. Your imagination will help you with this. Your imagination is your personal story teller from your Higher Inner Being helping you play and create in the sandbox of time and space! So see yourself enjoying what you want to create in your imagination. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">8. <span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>ABOVE ALL, CHOOSE TO ENJOY THE JOURNEY.</strong></span> There may be moments where this feels like an impossible choice. But if you say you&#8217;ll always choose to reach for the best perspective that you can from where you are, and mean it&#8230; you&#8217;ll transform your life in<br />
ways that you can not yet imagine.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">We are creating every day with our daily choices. And we can choose to create consciously or live on autopilot, letting habits and outer circumstances do the creating for us.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #3f5bc0;"><strong>But when you choose to be a conscious creator, you leave excuses behind, and embrace your life, all of it</strong></span>. You know that you can steer your life in any direction you choose. For you can be, do or have anything that you can imagine. So allow yourself the answers and purpose you seek. Allow yourself to feel joy and prosperity in every area of your life. You can have this, it IS within you.</span></span></p>

<p><p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #006600;">Here&#8217;s something that may help you if you&#8217;re ever feeling ambivalent or indecisive about an idea or goal in progress.</span></strong></span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Here&#8217;s a common scenario. You set a goal, and you&#8217;re very excited as you start your journey. You jump in with both feet. You&#8217;re reveling in what you&#8217;re learning. You&#8217;re finding the information and support that you need at every turn. And then you run out of steam. The energy and enthusiasm have waned.</span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>So, now what? What happened?</strong></span></em> Let&#8217;s start by acknowledging that occasional ambivalence is perfectly normal. Yes, I did say normal, there&#8217;s nothing wrong with you (or me for that matter <img src='http://profitswithpurpose.com/subscribers/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . </span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span></p>
<div style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em>Aren&#8217;t we supposed to always be up, and rightly focused?</em> The answer is no. Let&#8217;s face it; we&#8217;re complex beings with changing tastes and preferences. Sometimes we don&#8217;t feel like focusing on</span></span></div>
</p>
<p><div><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></div>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></p>
<p>something, and we don&#8217;t need a reason! It&#8217;s only an issue if we get stuck!</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p></span></span></p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #006600;">It&#8217;s common to have opposing attitudes</span></strong>, such as feeling excitement and doubt simultaneously when we think about a big leap! And sometimes we are uncertain about which path to follow. Again, normal! </span></span></p>
</p>
<p style="FONT-FAMILY: ">
<div style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #006600;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">If you&#8217;re feeling ambivalent about a goal or decision, it may simply mean that you need a break</span></strong></span>. Refocusing your energy, even for a few hours or a few days, may be just what you need to feel </span></span></div>
</p>
<p><div><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></div>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></p>
<p>reinvigorated! This scenario is likely true if you&#8217;ve been strongly focused on a particular dream or goal for an extended period of time, or at a high level of intensity.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p></span></span></p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #006600;"><em><span style="color: #000000;">But what if you take a break and still have mixed feelings?</span></em></span></span></span></p>
</p>
<p style="FONT-FAMILY: ">
<div style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #006600;"><strong>Start by acknowledging that every decision has a price</strong></span>. So the</span></span></div>
</p>
<p><div><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></div>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></p>
<p>indecision is perfectly understandable. But we don&#8217;t want to stay there indefinitely, because being in limbo is uncomfortable. And forward movement and soul growth requires decisions.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p></span></span></p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">So in order to move from ambivalence to decisive action, look to how you feel about your options</span></strong>. Ask your Inner Wisdom for guidance, and only decide when you&#8217;re calmly focused. And don&#8217;t allow ungrounded fears to sidetrack you with &#8220;shoulds&#8221; or analysis paralysis. Your heart always knows the best path!</span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #006600;"><strong>There is a dance between logic and intuition, but over  analysis can kill your passion</strong></span>. The best of both worlds is to follow your passions, and then let your logic help you build the bridge!</span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">So imagine &#8230; what are the desired experiences or benefits motivating the dream or paths you&#8217;re considering? <em>Which scenario feels better, or more exciting</em>? Why?</span></span></p>
</p>
<p><p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Now, what are your concerns?  Are you feeling a loss for what you may be leaving behind, if one door shuts, as you walk through another? Again a sense of loss it normal, but you&#8217;re seeking what feels better.</span></span></p>
</p>
<p style="FONT-FAMILY: ">
<div style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">As you work through these questions, noticing how you&#8217;re feeling,</span></span></div>
</p>
<p><div><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></span></span></div>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"></p>
<p>you&#8217;ll be guided toward what you want to expand in your experience at this particular point in time.</p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p></span></span></p>
<p><p style="FONT-FAMILY: "><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Indifference will be replaced with certainty and renewed vitality, as you gain greater clarity about your next steps! </strong></span>And so it is!</span></span></p>
</p>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">Are your daily choices reflecting how you truly want to live your<br />
life?</span></strong> <em>If you&#8217;re not certain, ask yourself- what&#8217;s missing in my life right now?</em> What do I want to enjoy more and experience less?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Your answers will tell you what you truly want at a soul level. And once you&#8217;ve identified what&#8217;s missing, ask yourself &#8211; <em>what choices will allow me to expand these missing elements in my experience?</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">As you evaluate your daily routines, you may find, like most people, that you&#8217;re trying to stuff your dreams into the time that&#8217;s left over at the end of the day.</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">And here&#8217;s the problem with that approach. We keep creating the<br />
same stuff, because our energy flows where our attention goes. Most people rarely find the time for their heartfelt desires, if they&#8217;re in the &#8220;put it off until later&#8221; trap. Later rarely comes, if you&#8217;re focusing the best of your energy on the &#8220;have tos&#8221; and &#8220;shoulds&#8221;.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em>That&#8217;s why life often feels hard</em>. We&#8217;re following self inflicted responsibilities, instead of allowing our true desires to help us find<br />
a more rewarding way! </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #336699;"><strong>And it&#8217;s not surprising that we&#8217;d put play and pleasure on the back burner, because we&#8217;ve all been taught to follow that myth. </strong></span>Think about how the reward always came later&#8230; after your homework,<br />
after you ate your vegetables, and all the other &#8220;no pain, no gain&#8221;<br />
dream-busting practices that led us into over responsibility, and<br />
burnout.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">But we don&#8217;t have to do that anymore. We can allow our passions to determine how we&#8217;ll live our lives.</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-496" title="timetodecide" src="http://dailydiscoveryseries.com/files/uploads/2008/11/timetodecide.jpg" alt="Time to Decide" />Let&#8217;s start by looking at time as a gift, rather than something that&#8217;s creating pressure or scarcity. The beauty of a limited duration is that it helps us choose what really matters. The gift of time is that it forces us to take an honest look at what we really want to experience. Without that concept, it&#8217;s too easy to jump from one idea to the next, never making a choice, or anchoring a true desire. And without a compelling dream, life feels empty. <em>So time is actually a great friend to us.</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">When we commit to a goal or a dream, we give our life meaning<br />
and purpose.</span></strong> And with each liberating choice, we grow in our<br />
understanding of who we want to be. We create who we are with<br />
our decisions, and time helps us focus our attention on what truly<br />
matters!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em>We only feel pain when we think we have to focus on everyone<br />
and everything else first, or instead of what we truly want.</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #336699;"><strong>So give yourself the greatest gift you could ever imagine</strong>.</span> Allow<br />
yourself to be led by your dreams, instead of the &#8220;have tos&#8217; and<br />
shoulds&#8221;.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">By focusing first on your true desire, your peace and happiness will<br />
naturally expand, and so too does your ability to uplift and care for<br />
those you love.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">So schedule time right now, this instant, and don&#8217;t put this off for<br />
another moment. Your personal happiness is worth a few minutes of your time and energy!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1347" title="womanjournaling" src="http://dailydiscoveryseries.com/files/uploads/2009/10/womanjournaling.jpg" alt="womanjournaling" /><span style="color: #336699;">When you&#8217;re ready, take out a piece of paper or a journal</span></strong>. Turn off the phone and email alerts. Put on some pleasant background music, and get comfortable. Take a few deep, yet gentle cleansing breaths. Breathe in peace, knowingness and bliss. And when you&#8217;re feeling calmly focused, write down these questions.</span></span></p>
<p><br class="spacer_" /></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"><strong>(1) What do I feel is missing in my life right now? What do I want to enjoy more?</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"><strong>And what do I want to experience less?</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"><strong>(2) Am I willing to make different choices in order to create this<br />
new vision of a life well lived? _____</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">If your answer is no, ask yourself&#8230; <span style="color: #638958;"><strong><em>what am I afraid will happen if I allow myself to follow this dream?</em></strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Your answer will tell you what belief you&#8217;ll want to release in order<br />
to grow into your soul goal. And once you know what might get in<br />
the way, you can change that counterproductive thought into an<br />
empowering new agreement with yourself.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"><strong>(3) Now see yourself living into your true desires. What are you<br />
doing? How do you feel? Who&#8217;s helping you? Describe your<br />
surroundings.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"> </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;">Allow your imagination the freedom to help you create a thoroughly<br />
rewarding experience. For everything begins in the imagination. As<br />
Albert Einstein once said, your imagination is more important than<br />
knowledge. So embrace the part of yourself that wants to play with<br />
inspiring possibilities, and joyful outcomes! As you do, you&#8217;ll gain<br />
greater clarity about what you truly want. And this is important,<br />
because vague desires don&#8217;t materialize. The more you can imagine<br />
your dreams fulfilled, the faster you&#8217;ll have them.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #638958;"><strong>(4) What will I do today to allow this dream to come into fruition?</strong></span> This step doesn&#8217;t have to be big or complex. Yet choosing perspectives and actions that support your heartfelt desires, sends a clear message to the universe that you&#8217;re ready to be supported in this area. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">So write down that step, no matter how small and then take it!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">Spend a few minutes every morning imagining the best outcomes in support of your goal or dream.</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Affirm:</span> I know what I want at a soul level, and declare that now for<br />
my reality. I am now ready, willing and able to allow this into my<br />
life, and respectfully ask the universe for support. I thankfully and<br />
happily release this, knowing that it is now done, knowing it is<br />
divine perfection. And so it is!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #336699;">May you feel the joy and well being that are yours now!</span></strong></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong><span style="color: #808080;">TIME to Greater Well Being: * About 1 Minute *</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="color: #00abd6;"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong><em><span style="color: #00abd6;">How are you nurturing your physical being?</span></em></strong> For the body is the sacred vessel of the soul.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">And our bodies love movement, appreciation and positive attention. And just like our inner shifts, our outer shifts don&#8217;t have to feel hard.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If you&#8217;re like me, you know how easy it is get comfortable in sedentary ways. Yet as we become more present, we begin to recognize what our bodies crave.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong><span style="color: #00abd6;">Here are a few examples of short and easy body-nurturing practices.</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Simple movement, drinking more water, eating slowly and mindfully, gentle massage, luxurious stretches, deep mild breathing, appreciation, swaying, dancing, meditation, affirmations of peace and ease, and short, periodic walks throughout the day can energize and nurture your sacred vessel. Yet none of these revitalizing choices require a large investment in time, or money.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="color: #00abd6;"><strong>Take a deep breath, close your eyes and tune into your body </strong></span><em><strong>.</strong> How does your sacred vessel want to be nourished? <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">WORD COUNT:  271  Brief, Yet Agile Words</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">TIME to Move: * About 1 Minute *</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong><span style="color: #ff3300;">We are designed to evolve.</span></strong></span> <em>So it&#8217;s only natural that we&#8217;d be inspired toward ever-evolving goals and dreams. </em>And that means that some of our beliefs and choices will also change as we grow spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">With each shift, we release the old choices that no longer serve us, in order to evolve into our newly elected way of living and being. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #ff3300;"><strong>We only feel discomfort when we hang onto counterproductive perspectives</strong></span>. And they&#8217;re only counterproductive, because our preferences have changed. What once may have served us, no longer does.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #ff3300;"><strong>When we recognize that any form of strain is just an indication that we&#8217;re hanging onto something we no longer want, our choices become obvious</strong></span>. <em>By letting go of the inner struggle, we speed our progress!</em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">Seeing the ongoing dance of shifting and releasing as a natural part of growth allows us to release the ungrounded ego&#8217;s attempt to keep us attached to confining ways.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #ff3300;"><strong>So anytime you feel strain, ask yourself</strong></span>; <em>is what I&#8217;m thinking or choosing now allowing me to be who I truly want to be?</em> <em>Does this thought or choice make me feel happy?</em> If you answer no, see the choice or thought as a dance step you no longer want to take.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">Then let it go, and choose another. Ask your Higher Self to help you see your experience in a different way, and you will glide forward with more ease and grace.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #ff3300;"><strong>Maybe it would be easier to think of choosing, releasing, and allowing as the dance of positive possibilities, evolution and living life fully?</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;">Just a little something to think about <img src='http://profitswithpurpose.com/subscribers/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><em>Your friend and partner doing the macarena,</em></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><strong>WORD COUNT:  647  Brief, Yet Pleasing Words</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><strong>TIME to Resonate with Abundance: * About 7 Minutes *</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p style="TEXT-ALIGN: left"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"> </span><a class="aligncenter" title="Click Here to Listen" href="http://www.profitswithpurpose.com/Audio-Articles/NovembersReward.mp3"><span style="color: #808000;">Click Here to Listen </span></a></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong><em><span style="color: #800000;">Welcome to November, a month of appreciation.</span></em></strong></span></span> As we begin this month, this is a perfect time to recognize all of the abundance in your life now. As October celebrates the harvest, November supports appreciation of the relationships, beauty and joyful events that you are now living.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong>I love the beginning of a new month because it is a time of recognition and renewal.</strong> </span>And November in particular, symbolizes a time of great promise. So as you&#8217;re doing your monthly review, and as you remember October&#8217;s events, rather than focusing on what you didn&#8217;t yet accomplish, focus instead on how much you&#8217;ve grown and enjoyed. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #800000;"><em><strong>Consider too what you&#8217;ve discovered about yourself!</strong></em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">Because with each new discovery, you gain so much more than material trinkets. You gain the ability to understand and love yourself more fully and completely. And the more you realize your true nature, the more you are bathed in the wonder and awe of the beauty and blessedness of You.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong>The power of appreciation resides within the feelings we cultivate, when we are loving all that we already are, and all that we now have.</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The feeling IS the treasure</span>. And there is a point of realization, when we recognize that as much as we love playing with stuff, and as much as we appreciate the beauty of form, &#8230; the true reward is in the feeling that we get, when we allow happiness to grow, regardless of what we&#8217;ve yet achieved or received.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><strong>So by all means have fun and appreciate fully all things material and not yet manifested,</strong> for everything is spiritual. But never allow &#8220;not yet having something&#8221;,  to be an excuse for unhappiness. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">And because November is a month that reminds us of appreciation in so many ways &#8230; loving family, friends, uplifting discoveries, home, nature, pets and so many other pleasures &#8230;. well, this is a perfect time to affirm that nothing is more important than you, enjoying the journey, right this moment and in every moment possible!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong>A powerful exercise to undertake today</strong> <span style="color: #800000;">is to begin this month of appreciation, by making a list of all that you enjoy and appreciate in your life now.</span></span><span style="color: #800000;"> </span>Recognize the harvest of everything you&#8217;ve already planted, and know that so much more wonder and joy is yet to come!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><strong>And as you write your list, allow yourself to feel the elevating emotions that accompany appreciation.</strong> Not only does this word symbolize thankfulness, gratitude, tribute and recognition&#8230; it also reminds us that this feeling signals growth, love, improvement and of the human spirit.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">So the more we nurture appreciative thoughts, the happier, and more prosperous we naturally become, in ways that go well beyond the bottom line!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><span style="color: #808000;"><strong>Here&#8217;s an affirmation to ponder as you water the seeds of appreciation in the week ahead.</strong></span> <em>May it lift and empower you. </em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">If you&#8217;re in a place where you can close your eyes and reflect for a few moments. Begin by turning off all distractions, and potential interruptions. And for a couple of blissful moments, bask in the feelings of appreciation.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">Close your eyes, and breathe gently and deeply. Focus your attention on your breathing, feeling the peace within you growing with each breath, in&#8230; out&#8230;in&#8230;out&#8230; you are immersed in peace, tranquility and love. Feel the energy of your true nature now. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"><strong>Gently affirm:</strong> <span style="color: #808000;"><strong>I love and appreciate myself, and all of the abundance in my life now.  I know that loving others, begins with loving and cherishing myself</strong></span>.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"> I love and appreciate myself, and all of the abundance in my life  now. I know that loving others begins with loving and cherishing myself.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;"> I love and appreciate myself, and all of the abundance in my life  now. I know that loving others begins with loving and cherishing  myself. And so it is!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #990000;">May you know fully the blessings and well being that are yours now!</span></span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>WORD COUNT:  301  Brief, Yet Not-So-Frightening  Words</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>TIME to Safe &amp; Less Spooky: * Less Than 2 Minutes *</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">W</span><span style="color: #ff6600;">e&#8217;re almost always better served by seeing our memories as stories, rather than facts.</span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">For every memory we hold is influenced by our current perceptions. And when we layer that on top of the filters we applied five, ten, or twenty or more years ago&#8230; well, it can be really hard to separate fact from fiction. And there&#8217;s always more than one version of the same story, depending on who&#8217;s telling it.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">S</span><span style="color: #ff6600;">o if a big-hairy memory surfaces, pay attention to how you feel about the story.</span></strong><span style="color: #ff6600;"> Doing s</span>o enables you to feel, and therefore release painful emotions, rather than getting caught in what did or didn&#8217;t happen. What&#8217;s most important is acknowledging the feeling that&#8217;s attached to the story.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Then after you&#8217;ve claimed your feelings, you can decide how you want to feel about that particular topic going forward</strong>. Whether you&#8217;re working with concepts and feelings about worthiness, love, parenting, success, money, or all of the above &#8230; you get to decide what your memories will do for you!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">Once you know how you want to feel about a particular topic, for example, confident, hopeful, exhilarated &#8230; you can decide how that feeling might take form in your experience. You can ask if I want to feel confident about ________, what might that look like? How would I act? What would I be doing?</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>And as you begin to focus on that brighter image, you&#8217;ll reframe a scary story into a very powerful tool</strong>. Because your vision morphs into happier, more empowering, ultra-fulfilling feelings!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Which gives you more clarity, wisdom and freedom than ever before!</strong> Plus, you&#8217;ve just created an improved experience in the present moment, which improves what will surface in the future. And the better you allow yourself to feel, the better the outcome will be! What a gift!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"><span style="font-size: small;"><em><span style="color: #ff6600;">Your friend and partner in empowering stories,</span></em></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>You know when you&#8217;re being overly analytical; that&#8217;s when you feel confused</strong>. And if you try to solve the problem of confusion with the same thing that created it, you only add more confusion.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;"><em><strong>So what to do?</strong></em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">This is where the gifts of the imagination come into play.  Where thoughts make you think more linear thoughts&#8230; your imagination allows you to create another reality!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><em><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Not convinced?</strong></span></em></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">Well, that&#8217;s why it can be so hard to create a new reality.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">But let&#8217;s play with this for a bit! <strong>The underutilization of the imagination IS one of the BIGGEST reasons why we continue to recreate what we already have.</strong> <em>Why?</em></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">Because as adults, we tend to downplay the imagination, and we usually give more credence to what the physical eyes tell us, because it&#8217;s &#8220;real&#8221;. Yet what comes into physical form, is only material, because it was first perceived in the imagination. And those images you envisioned, created the blueprint in the subconscious, which drew the resources and material manifestation into your experience.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">And there&#8217;s more, of course!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>Your Mind Determines What You See, More Than Your Eyes Do.</strong> It&#8217;s an interesting predicament, isn&#8217;t it?</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;">If we rely only on our eyes to tell us what&#8217;s &#8220;real&#8221;, and if we discredit the gifts that can help us see beyond what we&#8217;ve already created, we&#8217;ll just keep creating more of the same experiences.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>So the message here is simple.</strong> There is tremendous creative power in positive imagery. And we all know how to pretend! We were masters as children. We simply need to embrace that part of ourselves again. For the imagination can take us to higher, brighter and far more fulfilling places, beyond all the wonderful &#8230; and sometimes not-so-wonderful&#8230; things we&#8217;ve already created! </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><span style="color: #333399;"><strong>See how you can open yourself up to the wonder and magic of your imagination today.</strong> L.O.V.E. it as much as you do your analytical gifts! Not only will you have more fun, you may also discover that receiving all you desire, becomes child&#8217;s play!</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva;"><em><span style="color: #333399;">Your friend and partner in high-spirited manifestation,</span></em></span></span></p>
