TIME to ALIGN: * About 10  Minutes  *

This is a perfect time to celebrate your accomplishments and contributions for the month of July. When we take a few moments to view our progress from a higher and broader  perspective, we’re able to see how far we’ve journeyed. We’re also able to refine our approach for even greater fulfillment in the month ahead.

Breathe deeply and gently inhaling and exhaling peace. Inhale joy and positive anticipation and release any “have tos” and “shoulds”.

(1) Look through your calendar, lists and notes. What did you accomplish this month?

(2) What did you enjoy most?   What did you like least?

(3) What was your most important goal for this past month?

(4) Did you align with it?

If the answer is yes, congratulations on your masterful attunement with right thought and right action!

If your goal for the month didn’t manifest, now is the perfect time to find out why. When we understand the challenges and issues, we can find the solutions! So let’s explore the world of cause and effect, so you can refine your approach in the month ahead.

(5) What did you attract this month, relative to your goal?

- On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the greatest distance, how big is the gap between what you wanted, and what you actually received?

- Ask your Inner Being and Spiritual Guides for help. Ask if there is any aspect of your desire that needs to be reframed, or revised for your highest good? If so, ask for that to be revealed to you now.

Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply. Focus your attention in your body and quiet your mind. Place your feet firmly on the floor. Continue to focus on your breathing for about 5 minutes. If you don’t receive any images, sensations, or sounds, ask for assistance on your truest path. Then be open and alert to signs, memories, dreams and interesting coincidences in the days ahead. It’s always fun deciphering the events that transpire when you enlist the help of your Spiritual Guides and your own higher wisdom.

(6) Now see the gap closing between where you are now, and where you wanted to be? Imagine that your goal is complete and perfect. You are now standing at the intersection of time and space where spirit and matter meet!

What do you see?     How do you feel?

How did you do it?

- What did you choose to believe in order to align with this dream?

- What assistance and gifts did you receive from all your adoring fans and supporters?

- What joyful actions did you take along the way?

I’ll bet the journey was smooth sailing too, wasn’t isn’t?

Then two snaps and congrats! You now know exactly what you need to be and do to align with this goal in the month ahead!
