” Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, “Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, fabulous? Actually who are you not to be?” ~ Marianne Williamson
Have you ever been truly disappointed by something that you did? If you’re like me, you’re more likely to be disappointed by something you did not do.
And it’s fear, both real and imagined, that often stops us from jumping into our dreams with both feet.
Yet we weren’t born fearing the unknown, or our greatness. We weren’t born afraid of being found out, making mistakes, or … of succeeding beyond our wildest dreams.
Fear is something we picked up from mass consciousness. And if you grew up like me in a small conservative community, you learned to play it safe, and not call attention to yourself. The last thing you wanted to be was a “show off”, as if spreading your wings was somehow a crime against humanity.
The real crime is allowing fear to stop you from what you’re inspired to be or do. Rest asserted that if you feel fear, you’re not alone. And hopefully you find comfort in knowing that you’re no different from me, or most people on this planet in that regard.
Just take a small step, despite the fear! For that IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE between those who live their dream, and those who do not. This applies to Winfrey, Obama, Gates and all those you consider utterly successful. So good news, there’s nothing wrong with you if you’ve ever felt paralyzed by fear. You’re okay, I’m okay, we’re all okay!
For success isn’t necessarily about learning more. Rather, success is about unlearning the beliefs and habits that can get in your way. And unlearning, is far easier than you may think.
So if you have a mighty goal, yet have been hesitant to move forward, try this 3 minute exercise. You’re worth it. So shut off the phone and close the door.
Complete these two quick statements. Then print your answers, and proceed with joyful abandon!
For you are most definitely brilliant, gorgeous and fabulous!

2) TO LIVE MY DREAM, I CAN TAKE THESE SMALL STEPS:
Courage doesn’t mean you won’t feel fear. For without fear, we wouldn’t need courage, would we? My guides have told me on more than one occasion that positive progress is about learning to walk with both.
So support your friends and partners in pursuit of mighty dreams and goals. Share the hope! Let others know that we need not walk alone! Reach out and support a friend or colleague today!
