The Fred and Ginger Principle (TM)

The Fred and Ginger Principle is basically  this – there are two types of energy we use in life, electric and magnetic. We are each born with a preference toward one or the other and when we get the electric and magnetic energies working together, we flow with the natural rhythm of life.  We experience more joy and prosperity in every area.

The dreamer and the doer are working together.

We use our electric energy or “Fred” as I like to call him, when we act and use logic. Fred’s energy is electric and structural, so it includes things like taking action, using our will,  planning, analyzing and giving. It’s about pushing rather than pulling or attracting.

When we use our magnetic energy or Ginger, we imagine, create a vision, inspire, adapt and are flexible, we go with the flow when needed and use our intuition, and the intelligence of the heart.

Ginger helps us attract like a magnet.

When we get Fred and Ginger to dance together, we bring the head and the heart together operating as one, honoring both and we are whole. We know joy; we work less and receive more!
