If you’ve ever struggled to get your words just right when you’re trying to describe what makes your business one-of-a-kind, you’re probably relying too much on the logical part of your brain to do something that would be better served by your intuition.
Your intuition is a direct perception of truth, without the process of reasoning. You just know. We all have this ability and can develop our insight and knowingness, when we cultivate and use it.
You can open up your intuition by focusing on your third chakra, or the 3rd “spiritual energy center”. The front of your 3rd chakra is located at your solar plexus and represents identity power. Tapping into your identity is how you stand in your own light and let it shine as brightly as it can!
An EXERCISE to EXPAND YOUR INTUITION:
To clear your 3rd chakra, “sit” quietly and focus on the front and back of your third chakra. Envision a funnel coming into the front and back of your solar plexus, with the narrow ends of the front
and back funnels touching at the spine.
Take a few deep breaths and then mentally move your focus about an inch away from your body. Stay there for a few moments breathing deeply and then gradually move your focus further away from your solar plexus until you’re about 6 to 7 feet away from your body. As you mentally move outward, envision the funnels expanding, like a vortex.
Just sit with this vision, sensing and feeling the energy. Don’t try to make anything happen. Your awareness is clearing your third chakra.
After a few minutes, refocus on your marketing message or strategy. Intend that the perfect words and route are now yours. You attract your ideal customers to you as you take pen to paper (or fingers to your keyboard).
Let your unique light shine!
