Think of your USP as the message that helps you connect your unique gifts, resources and talents with your ideal customers… those who can most benefit from your product of service.
Your contact points include: your business cards, email signature lines, signage (inside or outside your place of business and on your car), your elevator speech( you know when you answer the question, so what do you do?), on your invoices, envelopes and shipping materials, and your voice mail greeting.
You get the idea. Where are all of your possible customer contact points? Now, simply let your unique light shine as brightly as it can!
