When you share your unique message with others, you are able to connect with those who are a perfect fit for you and your business.
An authentic message bridges profits with purpose.
To connect with more of your ideal customers in a way that feels natural, use the 5 C’s – CLEAR, COMPELLING, CONCISE, CREDIBLE and CUSTOMER FOCUSED.
CLEAR – Is the problem you solve and the value you provide obvious to those who may not be familiar with your business? Can your ideal customers quickly discover what they need to know to make a decision about your offer?
COMPELLING - What action do you want your ideal customer to take and why should they act now?
CONCISE – Is the length of your message appropriate to your offering and chosen medium (i.e. web page, postcard, pamphlet etc)? A general rule of thumb – the higher the price point, the more information you may need to sell your product.
CREDIBLE- Are you helping your ideal customers feel confident enough to do business with you? You can do this by including testimonials, your background information and a guarantee.
CUSTOMER FOCUSED – Is your message written from the perspective of your ideal customer? What do they need to believe in order to value your offering?
Your dreams hold great power, so let them guide you to your ideal customers. Then use this simple formula to help you effectively communicate your one-of-a-kind offering!
