The search for deeper meaning is the most fulfilling journey you can take, because it ignites a spark that moves you past the superficial definition of success... to your soul definition of a life well-lived.  When we realize that our inner world is creating our outer world, we begin to reconnect with the true miracles in the everyday! And we realize that in Self Discovery, we are part of that miracle! 

Yet it's all too easy to ignore our inner promptings, because change is uncomfortable, and we've trained ourselves into believing that we can't have what we truly want! Many inspired people, who are fully capable of aligning with their most important goals, allow their dreams to whither away, and this is very sad and painful. If you've ever been tempted to give up on a dream, you know what I mean.

Some goals feel harder, because they ask us to take big leaps! Some aspirations can test your faith and bring up challenges, fears and anxieties, because your heart felt desires are also your greatest opportunities for joy and soul fulfillment!

Why are the goals and dreams that matter most, often so hard to achieve?

Here are a few of the usual suspects. 

• Focusing on "Have-Tos" and "Shoulds" instead of what you truly want.
• Thinking and doing the same stuff, but expecting different results.
• Following fear-based thinking or self doubt ... instead of your dreams!
• “Busyness” & procrastination.
• Wanting something, but not believing you can have it!
• Pushing against what you've already created, can't control, or what you don't want.
• Thought choices that turn life into a job, instead of the joyful adventure it is. 
• Misaligned doing.
• Because, it’s easier to create from memory!

Yet even with these potential challenges, there are far more positive elements working in your favor! You are very powerful. Within you rests the higher knowing, and the ease and joy that you seek! And you have the ability to connect with anything you've imagined, when you release the inner conflict between what you want and what you think you can have!

Your dreams and goals are the language of your soul. So your authentic desires call you toward what you truly want to expand in your experience!  And if you re-choose from that higher perspective, you breathe new life into your everyday experiences, your relationships, ideas and choices! 

An absolutely essential ingredient for a joyful journey is to accept yourself as you are now! For there is nothing more exhausting, or counterproductive than being in a continuous loop of trying to "fix yourself". This doesn't mean that you relinquish your dreams, far from it! But a small, yet liberating shift in perspective is needed... if you are to connect with your divine potential!

You are not broken, you are evolving! As a Divine Eternal Being, you will always be exploring, discovering, and creating. So, there will always be a difference between what you are being and feeling now, and what you want to explore next. The key to living in joy, is to connect with who you truly are, and that is not the inner critic!
